Branch Manager – Boston Branch

The Company:  

Parkinsons are the East Midlands’ largest independent supplier of quality automotive parts and garage equipment to the garage, agricultural, plant, CV and PSV sectors. Our uniqueness is bolstered by having a number of excellent workshop facilities employing highly skilled technicians engaged in delivering technical support from simple bulb replacement to the highest level of diagnostic capabilities.  

The Candidate:

The key duties are: the efficient running of the day to day activities of both the parts department and the specialist diesel workshops, developing sales, increasing profitability, safe guarding assets (especially stock) and ensuring adherence to company policies.  

Experience:  

We are looking for someone with management or supervisory experience in the Motor Trade, although further management training will be available. The successful candidate will be flexible and hardworking with clear abilities in leading and developing a team of people, sales and territory planning, and stock management. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial streak who can drive sales and margin and increase market share. 

Conditions:  

This position will be based on a basic salary subject to candidate’s experience with company car and pension.
